The influence of an additional La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 (LSMO) magnetic phase on the structural, ferromagnetic, ferroelectric, and magnetoelectric properties of Ba0.85Ca0.15Zr0.1Ti0.9O3 (BCZT) ferroelectric phase was studied for composites of (1-x)BCZT -xLSMO (x = 0, 25, 50, 75 and 100%). The ferroelectric BCZT sample showed a perovskite single phase formation with a tetragonal crystal structure of the P4mm space group, and the magnetic phase of LSMO presented a rhombohedral crystal structure of R3c space group as shown by XRD. The composite sample with 25% LSMO exhibited large ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties with remnant, saturation polarization, and coercive electric field Pr ~7.74 μC/cm2, Ps ~11.69 μC/cm2 and EC ~12.22 kV/cm with a piezoelectric coefficient d33 ~ 231 pC/N. The magnetic characterization for the composites showed that the sample containing 75% of LSMO revealed the highest remnant, saturation magnetization, and coercive field of Mr ~1.358 emu/g, Ms ~19.17 emu/g, and HC ~33.19 Oe, respectively. Moreover, it revealed the largest magnetoelectric coupling coefficient αME ~2.51 mV/cm.Oe with high coupling quality at a lower applied magnetic field. The results highlight the value of these composites as lead-free room temperature magnetoelectric sensors and actuators.  相似文献

Spin-coated chalcostibite CuSbS2 thin films (≈500 nm thick) were fabricated and the influence of the drying temperature on the structural, morphological, optical and thermoelectric properties of the films was investigated. Crystalline phase-pure chalcostibite has been obtained for the films dried at 180 °C and 210 °C, while below 180 °C these films are partially amorphous. Surprisingly, at drying temperature of 240 °C, a CuxS secondary phase appeared. The increase of the drying temperature leads to the increase of the particle size and the decrease of the optical band gap, which is interesting for optoelectronic applications. The highest power factor value was achieved for the film dried at 210 °C, due to the inexistence of secondary phases, which allowed realizing a stable thermoelectric touch sensor with a Vsignal/noise of 5. In addition, this film was tested as a photovoltaic (PV) device and a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 0.030% with an open-circuit voltage (VOC) of 0.36 V, a short-circuit current density (JSC) of 0.278 mAcm?2 and a fill factor (FF) of 0.27 were obtained. Therefore, this work evidences a pathway toward developing bi-functional devices with simultaneously thermoelectric touch sensor and photovoltaic functions.  相似文献

CO2 methanation is a significant route to decrease carbon emission as well as realize carbon neutrality and has gained considerable concerns from experts in the environment and energy field currently. Herein, highly dispersed ruthenium nanoparticles entrapped in TiO2 nanotubes, labeled as Ru-in/TNT, were constructed and adopted for photo-thermal driven CO2 methanation. The Ru nanoparticles confined in the nanotube exhibited an enhanced CO2 methanation activity, especially under light irradiation. Multiple characterization techniques (XRD, XPS, UV–vis DRS, HRTEM, Raman, etc.) were conducted to reveal the effect of confinement synergy on photo-thermal catalytic performance. A boosted photo-generated electron-hole separation efficiency is achieved as a result of the confinement effect, yielding more hot electrons to accelerate methanation activity. This photo-assisted confinement synergy can be expected for constructing an efficient photo-thermal catalytic system.  相似文献

经济发展与生态环境动态良性循环已经成为社会经济发展的重要议题。为实现长江经济带高质量发展,以2007—2018年长江经济带11个省市为样本,采用空间计量和面板门槛模型考察工业集聚与水环境污染之间的关系。研究表明:长江经济带各省市水环境污染具有显著的空间自相关性;长江经济带工业集聚水平和水环境污染表现出先降低后增强的“U”形变化特征,说明工业集聚水平对水环境污染的影响存在一个阈值;长江经济带工业集聚产生的规模效应和结构效应对水环境污染存在显著的双门槛效应,在不同的工业集聚水平下,规模效应和结构效应表现出不同的外部性特征;工业集聚产生的技术溢出效应对水环境污染的影响同样具有显著的双门槛作用;随着各地区工业集聚水平的提高,技术溢出效应对水环境污染的减排作用表现出先强后弱的趋势。  相似文献

Electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution under alkaline media holds great promising in hydrogen energy production. Transition-metal sulfides (TMSs) are attractive for electrocatalytic alkaline hydrogen evolution, yet their catalytic performance is unsatisfactory owing to the sluggish water dissociation kinetics. Herein, a Mn/N co-doping strategy is proposed to regulate the water dissociation kinetics of Co9S8 nanowires array grown on nickel foam thus improve the activity of hydrogen evolution reaction (HER). The optimal Mn/N co-doping Co9S8 (Mn–N–Co9S8) catalyst achieves low overpotentials of 102 and 238 mV at 10 and 100 mA cm?2 in the 1 M KOH solution, respectively, remarkably higher than the single-doping Mn–Co9S8 and N–Co9S8 as well as superior to many reported Co9S8-based HER electrocatalysts. Density functional theory (DFT) calculation results confirm that the water dissociation barrier of the Mn–N–Co9S8 is reduced significantly owing to the synergistic co-doping of Mn and N, which accounts for the enhanced alkaline HER performance. This study offers an effective strategy to enhance the alkaline HER activity of TMSs by accelerating water dissociation kinetic via the cation and anion co-doping strategy.  相似文献

Mn-based Prussian blue analogue is regarded as one of the promising cathodes for sodium ions battery owing to its high theoretical capacity and low cost. However, the unstable structure during charging/discharging process and the poor cycle life hinder its commercial application. In this work, potassium ions stabilized hollow Mn-based Prussian blue analogue is synthesized through a simple sodium citrate assisted method using for cathode of sodium-ions batteries. Although unique hollow structure could suffer volume variation during charging/discharging process, the K+ is introduced to further stabilize its structure. The PBAs cathode exhibits a high reversible specific capacity of 128 mA h g?1 at 50 mA and superior rate performance of 72 mA h g?1 at a high current density of 3200 mA g?1, which is attributed to its stable structure and enhanced sodium ions transport kinetics. Ex-situ XRD/Raman tests and electrochemical measurements further prove the synergistic effect of various alkali ions (K+/Na+) and unique hollow structure. They work together to improve the structural stability and promote sodium ions diffusion rate of Mn-based PBAs.  相似文献
